Review highlights
Based on 1,216 reviewsFlo's #2 Family Restaurant is generally praised for its generous portions, diverse and affordable menu, and strong breakfast offerings, with particular mention of standout items like pancakes and biscuit and gravy. Guests appreciate the friendly and attentive service, especially from waitstaff who contribute to a welcoming dining experience. While most find wait times reasonable even during busy periods, some note that the staff at the entrance can occasionally affect the overall atmosphere with less enthusiastic interactions. The establishment’s diner-style setting is described as cozy and spacious enough, though parking may feel somewhat limited. Overall, the restaurant appeals to families and those seeking a reliable, casual spot for breakfast or lunch, combining good food quality with attentive service despite occasional inconsistencies in initial customer greetings.
Great spot for breakfast or lunch! Quick service and delicious food! Always a pleasure to dine here! Thank you Terry & Brittany for all your hard work! For a taste treat try the banana nut or pumpkin nut pancakes!
First time trying it, big portions and all delicious. I had the waffle combo with extra fruit on top and ham. It was not disappointing, my sis had a skillet with sausage and she said it was good too. Be prepared to wait a little for the staff, can't go here if you're in a rush. Will definitely be coming back
Place was recommended to me. So I stopped by and I was amazed. Food is great especially the biscuit n gravy. Customer Service is great. Friendly & attentive staff. It's a must stop for breakfast.
A small, but roomy diner style establishment. They have a diverse menu and it's very affordable. Plenty of options for kids and picky eaters, the portions are good sized and wait times are minimal, even when they have a full house. The staff is knowledgeable and move fast, while being courteous. I enjoyed watching them work while I ate.The parking lot feels a bit tight, but there's plenty of space for all, as it wraps around the building.
This was this morning 3/28 at about 7:30Brittney our waitress was BEYOND sweet and so attentive, but the lady at the door was super rude, didn't smile didn't even welcome us or look up from what she was doing, and looked irritated when I asked her, "do we just sit wherever we want?" And she's like if that's what you wanna do. Maybe she was jusy having a bad day, but her Behavior was totally inappropriate. But the food was great, and THANK YOU TO BRITTNEY for being a ray of sunshine!!!
Great place. Service is awesome. Quiet, homely joint I heard from a really cool warbird mechanic and restorer by the name of Casey from Yanks Air Museum. I had the country fried steak with corn chowder and cornbread. Good old fashion comfort food. Try it, you won't be disappointed …
Cozy little dinner. Breakfast is a specialty and available all day. The food was served quickly. The chicken fried steak is so huge and delicious too. They have a varied selection of 3 egg omelets to choose from or they will create one to include your favorite items. Fresh baked biscuits pair well with gravy. The biscuits are smaller than others, but they offer them in servings of two, four or more. Our waiter was delightful and attended all our needs. I like the automated system they use. The waiter enters your order on a tablet and if you pay with a credit card, it never leaves your sight since the waiter can swipe your card with his tablet at your table.
Warm and friendly service, the food is well priced and comes in generous portions, the biscuits and gravy are delicious, and everyone gets their own pot if coffee! Great breakfast experience here, will be coming back for sure.
